Prior to Accel, Peter was VP of Executive Talent at Greylock. He joined Greylock from True, a boutique retained executive search firm, where he was a founding partner. Before shifting into the world of entrepreneurs and executive talent, he was a software architect for Boeing, and one of the last projects he worked on was the comprehensive services system that would support Boeing's newest airplane. Peter is a native Californian who also spent a good chunk of his life on the East coast. He graduated from SUNY Brockport with a degree in Computer Science, and he holds a Masters in Software Development from CMU.
Tak Miyata - Advisory Board Member @ H2; Founder & General Partner @ Scrum Ventures: Tak Miyata has over 20 years of international experience in the IT industry, both as an entrepreneur and a senior executive. He founded Scrum Ventures in 2013 and serves as General Partner. Tak began his career as a systems engineer for Electronic Data Systems (an HP company). In 2002, Tak founded his first US-based startup, Neven Vision, a biometrics firm, which was acquired by Google in 2006. Tak then established J-Magic, a Japan-based startup to develop mobile-specific services using image analysis technology. After the company exited, Tak joined Mixi, where he served as the CEO of Mixi America. Tak holds a Master’s degree in Nano Science from Waseda University.

He previously founded and led Elance (now Upwork, a publicly listed company), the pioneer of online freelancing and the gig economy. Before that, he worked in the financial services industry at Merrill Lynch and Citicorp Securities. His graduate research, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Media Lab, involved developing autonomous learning software agents for personalized news filtering. He earned an M.S. in computer science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology & a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Bombay, where he was awarded the Institute Silver Medal.

He is a New Yorker, born and raised in the Bronx, and an experienced leader who is deeply passionate about building companies. He is the former Founder & CEO of Source3 (acquired by Facebook), a data driven company in the copyright licensing space, enabling both physical & digital product creations around intellectual property. He also founded RightsFlow, a data driven enterprise music licensing and royalty company acquired by Google in 2011. As part of Google, RightsFlow became an integral part of YouTube’s music monetization allowing for a substantial expansion of the scale of Content ID. Mr. Espinel started his career at Booz Allen & Hamilton as a management consultant focused on media, entertainment & technology. Mr. Espinel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, magna cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences.
Kelly Graziadei - Advisory Board Member @ H2; Founder & General Partner @ F7: Kelly is Founder & General Partner at F7 and brings 20 years of leadership experience in tech and consumer internet with companies ranging from 3 people to 200,000. She spent 7 1/2 years at Facebook in leadership positions in sales, product marketing and media. Kelly joined Facebook in 2010 and built and led its Mid-Market Sales & Account Management team in North America. Later during her tenure at Facebook, she led Monetization Product Marketing for the Direct Response Ads & Commerce business globally. In 2018, Kelly became a founding partner of F7, a seed investment fund comprised of seven female leaders who met during their tenure at Facebook. With expertise in product, engineering, sales, marketing, partnerships, HR, and operations, F7 invests in and helps bold founders grow and scale at their earliest stages. Kelly attended the University of Colorado on a full ride academic scholarship and graduated from the School of Journalism with Honors.
Andy Tsao - Advisory Board Member @ H2; Managing Director @ Silicon Valley Bank: Andy is a Managing Director at Silicon Valley Bank and leads its Global Gateway, which assists innovation companies in the emerging markets with their US and international market expansion. He brings more than 20 years of experience banking dynamic companies in technology industries worldwide. In his roles, Tsao manages SVB’s relationships with venture capital and private equity firms outside the U.S., and also helps emerging market companies as they seek U.S. market entry and U.S. companies as they seek to expand abroad. Previously, Tsao led and helped found SVB’s U.K.-based operation, SVB Financial Group UK Ltd, which was established in 2004. For six years, he was responsible for building senior debt relationships with high-growth technology, life sciences and clean technology companies in the U.K. and Europe. Tsao earned a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and an MBA from Boston University.
Josh Becker - Advisory Board Member @ H2; California State Senator: Josh is a California State Senator serving Silicon Valley and the 13th State Senate District. Previously, Josh was Chairman and former CEO of Lex Machina, where he led strategy and operations and is a thought leader on intellectual property trends and leveraging technology to improve the practice of law. Josh was part of the Founding team of Dice.com (NYSE:DHX) and ran corporate development at Agile Software (sold to Oracle). He was a Venture Capitalist at Redpoint Ventures and then a Founding General Partner of New Cycle Capital. Previously, he also worked at McKinsey & Co. and Netscape. Josh runs Startup2Startup, an entrepreneur group and is active with the Stanford Angels and Entrepreneurs. He Chairs the Full Circle Fund, a coalition of technology and business leaders that collectively funds and supports leading social entrepreneurs. Josh earned a joint J.D./M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. from Williams College.
