H2 is the premier global leadership network for the technology industry supporting startup ecosystems around the world. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Silicon Valley, our mission is to connect, educate and support leaders in innovation centers worldwide through our global network, platform and content. H2 operates as a global nonprofit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code.

Chapters & Regions
Designed as a federation of communities with a common global backbone, H2 Chapters provide support for local, regional and global programs and organizational initiatives.
Networks
Organized by role and sector, H2 Networks provide support for peer based connections within and across Chapters. We plan to launch our first set of Networks in Q1 2026 consisting of both current and new H2 members (qualifying criteria by role may be found here) as baseline groups within each region are established.
