Samir Bangara - Managing Director @ Qyuki; H2 India Chapter Chair (2012-15, Founding): Samir is the Managing Director of Qyuki, a youth (MCN) he co-founded with Shekhar Kapoor and AR Rahman. He is the Former Managing Director (Digital) of DisneyUTV and has 15+ years of experience in the media and technology industries. Before its acquisition by Disney, Samir was the Chief Operating Officer of Indiagames Ltd., which he was associated with in different roles since 1999 as investor, advisor and COO. Prior to Indiagames, Samir was Vice President at Ernst & Young India’s M&A advisory division, focused on Technology and Media. He began his career as a venture capitalist at IL&FS Venture Corporation. Samir has been listed amongst the top 15 angel investors in India - 2013 by VC Circle. He is a mentor/investor at GSF (Global SuperangelsForum) and is passionate about motorsports and spends his Sunday mornings riding his Honda.
Reza Behnam - Founder & CEO @ AdzCentral; H2 Singapore Chapter Chair (2012-15): Reza has had over 20 years of experience in driving and executing business strategy and analytical maketing, focusing on the application of “big data” to drive smart business decision making. Reza is the founder and CEO of AdzCentral that provides a Scientific Media Buying platform which simplifies the media procurement process for brands, direct marketers, and agencies. Reza is also an investor, mentor, advisor and director in a number of companies, including MOL Global, an e-payments and game-distribution company, and StrikeAd, the first mobile-dedicated DSP. He is a founding partner at Digital Direction - an executive advisory practice in the field of Digital Strategy and Execution. Reza graduated from Boston University with a MA in Economics and BA degrees in Mathematics and Economics.
Markus Berger De-LeĂłn - Digital VP @ McKinsey Digital Labs; H2 Berlin Chapter Chair (2012-15, Founding): Markus is an experienced, digital CxO and entrepreneur who has run many successful European internet and mobile companies. He specializes in general management, optimizing business models, and running operations in a data driven manner. At Jamba/Jamster he build and grew the operation to 700+ people to become the world's largest mobile content provider in 40+ countries grossing $500m+ in revenues. At MyHammer, he led the turnaround from a transaction based reverse auction site to a subscription based marketplace with verified tradesmen. Markus holds a business degree and has studied at WHU in Koblenz, CBS in New York and Plekhanov in Moscow. He lives with his wife and 3 kids in Berlin and serves as the Co-Chair of the advisory board of Berlin Metropolitan School and as advisor to Ashoka.
Tom Clayton - VP of International Operations @ Houzz; H2 Singapore Chapter Chair (2012-14): Tom has started, ran and worked for numerous technology companies. Currently, Tom is VP of International Operations at Houzz, where he is aggressively building out dozens of countries. Previously, the CEO of Bubbly, the Singapore-based company backed by Sequoia, JAFCO and other prominent investors, he built them into a leader in mobile social media across Asia with 200M+ users. Prior to running Bubbly, Tom was GM of the Mobile Business at BEA Systems, an infrastructure software company acquired by Oracle for $8.5B. Before BEA, Tom helped start five different companies. At his last startup, Bang Networks, another Sequoia-backed networking software company, he helped build out the BD and sales organizations. Tom’s other startups ranged from an ecommerce-focused SI to a high-end audio manufacturer.

Prior to RedMart, Roger co-founded Integro Insurance Brokers - the largest US venture capital deal of 2005. Based in Berlin with offices in London and Barcelona, Gerrit oversees all aspects of expanding JustFab's successful business outside of the USA. Prior to joining JustFab, Gerrit was CEO and GM International for MyHammer AG in Germany, Europe's largest marketplace for contracting services. From 2007 to 2009, Gerrit served as a Senior Director at Yahoo! in London, overseeing Yahoo!'s mobile products. Prior to Yahoo!, Gerrit founded his own mobile startup, Icon Impact GmbH, which today is part of the worldwide WPP ad network. Gerrit started his career at eBay in Germany across multiple product management functions in Berlin, Germany, as well as in California, launching international eBay marketplaces in Austria, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
Marco Perlman - Founder & CEO @ Digipix; H2 Sao Paulo Chapter Chair (2014-16): In 2004 Marco Perlman started Digipix, which became Brazil’s largest online photo printer. Serving both professionals and consumers, directly and through partnerships with major retailers, Digipix specializes in producing high quality printed materials in very small quantities. Founded in 2012 by Paulo Veras (CEO), Ariel Lambrecht (Product Manager) and Renato Freitas (CTO), 99 Taxis is the largest transportation smartphone app in Brazil with the largest fleet of registered drivers operating in over 399 cities. Its leading investors including SoftBank, Tiger Global, Riverwood and Qualcomm among others. Paulo is also board member at B2W, a company listed on the stock exchange and Latina America's largest e-commerce operation.
