A native Californian and travel enthusiast, Allen has studied, worked and traveled in more than 75+ countries. A graduate of Princeton University, he is a Fulbright Scholar (Germany, 2004) and a Kauffman Fellow (Class 16). He lives with his wife and young daughter in Sacramento, California.
Andre Barrence – Advisory Board Member @ H2; Head of Google for Startups, Latin America: as Head of Google for Startups, Latin America, Andre lead initiatives with the goal of building a vibrant entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in the region. He is intimately familiar with the various aspects of the startups ecosystem, having been a founder, mentor, angel investor and policy advocate for the past 15 years. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of SEED, one of the country's most successful startup accelerators, and partner at Geekie, a leading ed-tech startup. In 2020 he created the Black Founders Fund, Google’s investment fund aimed at startups founded and led by black people in Brazil. The fund is the first in Brazil aimed at expanding racial diversity and inclusion in the startup ecosystem and supporting black founders who are building businesses with high growth potential. He has a master's degree from the London School of Economics and has been a Fellow of the MIT Media Lab / Harvard Berkman Klein Center, focused on the ethics and governance of Artificial Intelligence.
Carlos Pessoa Filho – Chapter Director @ H2 Sao Paulo; Managing Director at GP Investments and IR officer at G2D Investments: as Managing Director at GP Investments, Carlos leads the firm's tech investment practice at G2D Investments. He oversees a dynamic portfolio of over 40 high-growth companies across Brazil, the US, and Europe. His previous leadership roles include General Manager, Coursera, Latin America and Managing Director, Telefonica Open Future and Wayra, Brazil. Carlos previously devoted a decade to Endeavor in Brazil and the US, serving as Vice President where he played a pivotal role in expanding Endeavor’s global footprint, particularly in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, fostering robust entrepreneurial ecosystems. He has been an active angel investor on over 10 startups and currently serves a mentor to several early stage companies. Carlos holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo and also has specializations from Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School.

Bloisi majored in Computer Science at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and concluded a Master degree in Business Administration at Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV/EAESP) – his thesis gathers High-Growth startups, Innovations and Strategy. Bloisi has also concluded the Executive Program for Growing Companies, Strategy, Finance, Leadership for companies in the growth phase at Standford Graduate School of Business.
Igor Senra – Advisory Board Member @ H2; Co-Founder & CEO @ Cora: Igor is Co-Founder & CEO at Cora, a leading financial services startup and SME neobank with backing from leading global investors, including Tiger Global, Tencent, Kaszek Ventures and Ribbit Capital. Cora launched its product in October 2020 after receiving its license as a 403 bank and today offers a checking account combined with a software layer that aims to help SMBs manage their financials. Previously, Igor was Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Moip, which was a complete payment solution that enabled consumers to receive online payments. In 2016, Moip was acquired by Wirecard, one of the leading payment providers in the world extending its service for all continents. Igor holds an MBA from Ibmec Business School in Finance Management.
