H2’s global leadership team is comprised of experienced industry operators and leaders from the startup, corporate, investor and academic communities who support our activities at the local, regional and global levels.

Chapter Director

Chapter Directors lead core activities around H2 platform engagement to deliver a valuable member experience to H2 Chapter members. They are supported by H2's Global Operations team, the immediate past Chapter Director Emeritus and the broader set of Advisory Board members for that H2 region. Each Chapter Director holds the following responsibilities:

• Platform: oversee Chapter level activities for platform initiatives (e.g. Forums, Summit, online community tools)
• Membership: guide Chapter growth and development initiatives including Chapter membership classes
• Support: serve as a global H2 XIR (Expert in Residence) to support our partner community (e.g. VCs, Corporates) on a curated basis

Candidate profiles include industry leaders with significant operating experience as entrepreneurs, executives and/or investors including EIR and exited founder profiles. Chapter Director rotations run for one (1) calendar year with incoming Chapter Directors recognized at the prior year's annual H2 Global Summit in the November timeframe. The nomination window for the Chapter Director coincides with that of our annual Chapter membership classes in Q3 (July to September).
